Eric Kubly
Eric Kubly is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of experience in the commercial, retail, and residential development industry. For more than two decades, he served as Senior Vice President of Land Development for one of the nation’s largest residential builders, guiding large‑scale operations and driving the successful delivery of high‑impact communities. Prior to that role, Eric spent 11 years owning and operating an underground utility and earthwork company, giving him deep, hands‑on expertise in infrastructure construction and field operations.
Throughout his career, Eric has led the entitlement, development, and infrastructure construction of more than 35,000 residential lots—overseeing the full lifecycle from initial land acquisition through final delivery. Known for his strategic vision and disciplined execution, he has consistently navigated complex regulatory environments, managed large cross‑functional teams, and delivered high‑quality development at scale.
Eric’s technical expertise spans quantity surveying and estimating, project supervision, project management, and industrial and environmental contract administration, including remediation. His experience includes feasibility studies, bid document preparation and evaluations, contract negotiation and award, permitting oversight, detailed planning and scheduling, value engineering, and business development. This comprehensive skill set enables him to transform raw land into thriving, sustainable communities while ensuring operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and long‑term value.
